亞果遊艇今(13)日舉行股東會。
亞果遊艇(7566) 今(13)日召開股東會議，董事長侯佑霖表示，公司111年度營收穩定成長。今年疫情消退，將持續打造創新遊艇產業服務鏈，實踐企業ESG，發展台灣遊艇休閒產業，朝向台灣第一遊艇休閒品牌目標邁進。

亞果遊艇111年度合併營業收入淨額為新台幣406645仟元，較110年度合併營業收入淨額351115仟元，增加55530仟元，成長15.82%，係因111年船舶租賃收入、活動服務、場地租賃收入增加和泊位憑證銷售使用權資產轉租收益增加所致。111年度合併稅後淨利為56711仟元，較110年度合併稅後淨利90168仟元，減少33457仟元。減少37.11%。
侯佑霖表示，「向海致敬」終於不再是口號。
侯佑霖向股東報告，立法院於上個月三讀通過「海洋產業發展條例」，明定政府應寬列推動海洋產業預算，鼓勵並補助國民從事海洋活動，並對海洋事業給予適當之輔導、協助、獎勵或補助。侯佑霖表示，「向海致敬」終於不再是口號，「海洋產業發展條例」通過後，對台灣的海洋產業有很大幫助。未來亞果投資碼頭不僅能獲得銀行支持，還有租稅減免，也能鼓勵人才投入，促進海洋產業發展。

侯佑霖表示，全球新冠肺炎疫情警戒已解除，亞果將持續強化既有的經營實力，加上安平遊艇城取得新加坡悅榕集團Banyan Tree Angsana品牌授權，渡假酒店預定今年8月動土。亞果遊艇將逐步落實海洋觀光遊憩產業，提升民眾親近海洋的意願，實踐一條龍的多元經營理念。
