樂迷引頸期待，由臺南市政府觀光旅遊局主辦之「2023臺南夏日音樂節-將軍吼」將於7月22日、23日熱鬧登場。黃偉哲市長表示，2023臺南夏日音樂節-將軍吼，今年將邁入第12年，為南台灣暑假最大的音樂節，今年活動分為兩大主題：「將軍狂派對」、「港口流行趴」，特別邀請金曲獎、金音獎、嘻哈界等14組知名表演歌手開唱，今第一波名單搶先公佈：超夯大勢樂團告五人、人氣男團FEniX及本屆金曲獎入圍大贏家洪佩瑜，將接力登台帶來精彩歌曲演出，勢必讓樂迷們絕對聽得過癮。觀光旅遊局代理局長林國華表示，邀請民眾這兩天先空留時間來臺南旅遊，吃海鮮、吹海風、聽音樂，享受臺南西濱的美好。

超夯樂團告五人音樂魅力橫掃樂迷，才剛順利完成台北小巨蛋專場、更將在下個月底移師高雄巨蛋開唱！告五人將於7月22日擔任壓軸演出，他們形容：「非常開心再次受邀參加將軍吼，這次也會帶來第三張專輯的歌曲，和大家一起同樂。」對於美食也是超期待，「到臺南當然是牛肉湯為首選，也很期待到將軍逛逛走走散散心」；屆時將面對海港、在夏夜晚風裡演出，他們對樂迷喊話：「這次歌曲當然也會有不同的編排，希望當天可以和大家一起跳起來，也希望告五人把演唱會的氣氛帶到將軍吼。」

人氣男團FEniX將於7月23日炸場演出席捲將軍吼，他們興奮表示：「真的非常開心能受到邀請，這是我們FEniX第一次參加將軍吼，而且有成員就是臺南人，有種一起陪他回家的感覺，今天就想用我們的歌，陪大家一起放鬆開心的玩，希望之後每年都能來與大家共襄盛舉！」更期待品嚐美食，他們直呼：「我們最喜歡吃的食物之一是虱目魚湯，在臺南好像滿有名的，成員承隆就是臺南人，希望有機會可以讓他帶我們去吃，而且聽說這裡的特產是烏魚子，希望也有機會可以嚐嚐！」

被譽為最神秘原唱的洪佩瑜，對於7月23日將首度站上將軍吼音樂節演出充滿感恩：「謝謝將軍吼音樂節的邀請，很興奮，也很期待到臺南跟大家見面。」她表示雖然有去過臺南，但從來沒有去過將軍，「因為我自己很喜歡海鮮，如果有時間的話，很想跟夥伴一起去走走吃吃喝喝，帶著新鮮的心情去感受一下當地的氣氛」；至於歌單預告？她笑說：「先讓我賣個關子，不過一定會跟大家一起分享一段很棒的時間，很期待唱歌給你們聽，到時候見！」
觀光旅遊局表示，「2023臺南夏日音樂節-將軍吼」活動2天民眾可提前來現場品嚐美食與觀賞夕陽，後續將與旅行業者規劃周邊景點套裝行程，讓前往臺南旅遊的民眾體驗濱海年度音樂盛會，更多相關活動消息將陸續於夏日音樂節臉書專頁發佈，請持續關注。
