台南開辦「300億元中央擴大租金補貼專案」 8區公所提供專人諮詢

台南市開辦租金補貼（圖＿台南市政府）。
為減輕租屋家庭負擔，營造安心成家的環境，行政院去年首推「300億元中央擴大租金補貼專案」。本專案將原本補貼戶數從12萬增加至50萬戶、申請資格大幅放寛，最受大眾關注的租金補貼金額也從1.2倍至1.8倍有感加碼。今年7月3日起再次開辦本專案租金補貼，並將配合民法成年之年齡下修為18歲，讓租金補貼照顧對象向下延伸，民眾只要年滿18歲在外就學、就業的年輕租屋族群，皆可提出申請，實質擴大照顧範圍。
台南市政府都發局長徐中強表示，112年「300億元中央擴大租金補貼專案」，目標是讓民眾更方便申請，例：舊戶免再申請直接帶入審核、租戶不用強制填寫房東身分證字號、申請戶免附稅籍資料及建物登記謄本，台南市府與地政機關進行勾稽，以往申請租金補貼限制申辦日期導致一些未申請民眾需再苦等一年，使生活經濟更加雪上加霜；因此從今年起採「隨到隨辦」措施，讓租屋民眾隨時可提出申請，更優化服務效率及照顧民眾生活。
台南市府為便利民眾申請，針對往年申請案件較多行政區及考慮民眾洽公交通可及性，開辦後於本市東區、南區、安南區、永康、仁德、麻豆、柳營及六甲等8個區公所配駐專職人員，提供受理收件、諮詢、補件等服務，讓民眾可就近前往這8個區公所洽辦諮詢。屆時民眾只需準備租賃契約、金融機構存摺封面資料，透過網路、郵寄、就近至區公所或市府都發局申請，即可輕鬆請領租金補貼。
