台南北區「開元紅燒土魠魚羹」
從早上開賣生意就超好的開元紅燒土魠魚羹，除了招牌紅燒土魠魚羹之外，他們的小菜、魚肚、肉燥飯等都非常好吃！還登比台南米其林美食稱號，來到這邊不用擔心停車位，附近有一個超大的停車場可以停車，這家真的是出了名的老字號美食店，每個來台南懂吃的人，絕對會來這邊朝聖啊！

他們家的土魠魚可厲害了，相當的扎實，而且沒有腥味，外層也炸的很酥脆，不會覺得很硬很難咬，泡在羹裡也不會爛爛的！
這裡每一道菜色都相當的美味，其中肉燥飯肥而不膩，米飯粒粒分明，再撒上胡椒粉，相當的入味，而且一碗非常便宜，CP值很高！當然也少不了招牌紅燒土魠魚羹啦！他們家的土魠魚可厲害了，相當的扎實，而且沒有腥味，外層也炸的很酥脆，不會覺得很硬很難咬，泡在羹裡也不會爛爛的。還有必吃的滷豆腐，有吃過的大家都說他們的滷豆腐滷的很香呢！入口即化的口感會想再叫一盤啦！
