生活環境差、空間狹小 內灣博物館動物展演方式惹議

幻多奇博物館飼養動物空間狹小，且上面有標價疑似規避法規（圖＿網友提供）。
近日，有網友前往新竹內灣遊玩，進入當地著名的幻多奇博物館參觀，裡面展示多種動物，包括，蛇、鸚鵡、鱷龜、刺蝟以及蜜袋鼯等等。該名網友參觀時發現動物飼養空間非常狹小，空間配置單調，動物們的生活空間非常糟糕，甚至有民眾會敲打玻璃驚嚇動物。該名網友向店員反應後，店員僅僅表示會再跟老闆說。網友察覺現場展示櫃上有皆貼有售價，推測應是用來規避法規。因為在現場聽到其他民眾詢問店家是否販賣，店家表示並沒有真的在賣。

根據《動物保護法》第六之一條的規定「任何人不得以動物進行展演」，除非有經過申請（或屬中央主管機關公告免經許可之展演動物類型、條件、方式或場所者）。若要進行動物展演行為，需要向政府提出申請並獲得許可。法規中限制申請資格應為「以具有社會教育機構、休閒農場、觀光遊樂業或其他經主管機關指定之資格者為限」。《動物展演管理辦法》第十二條規定「展演動物者應將許可證懸掛於展演場所內明顯處，幻多奇博物館顯然非合法動物展演場所。

據了解，幻多奇博物館隸屬於珍奇展覽有限公司，1992年成立。在台灣其他地方也有類似幻多奇的動物展演場所，現在仍持續營業中，例如苗栗南庄搜奇館、 淡水搜奇館以及高雄搜奇館等等。有另名網友前往苗栗南庄搜奇館發現飼養環境同樣糟糕。

上網查詢新竹縣政府動物保護專區，上面僅列了六福村以及綠世界兩家業者的動物管理表以及評估報告，幻多奇博物館並沒有在上面。記者致電新竹縣動物保護防疫所詢問幻多奇博物館列管事宜，所方回應該正在查辦當中。
