議員林依婷提健康路改造計畫 送交中央營建署審查

議員林依婷提出健康路改造計畫（圖＿截自台南市議會直播）。
台南市議員林依婷本週市政總質詢時，提出健康路改造工程案，實施路段從健康路大同路口至中華西路口。林依婷表示，從去年十月勘查至今，在林俊憲立委的協助下，上個月已由工務局送進中央營建署審查。林依婷強調，在經費通過審查之前，交通局可著手進行整體的規劃，例如增加左轉附加車道、行人庇護島、多時相號誌以及行人專用時相等，並研擬取消內線禁行機車以及機車二段式左轉。
對此，交通局長王銘德回應，若順利設置左轉附加車道，即會朝著取消機車二段式左轉的方向進行規畫。至於人行道的改善會再與住戶溝通協調，與工務局研擬改善計畫。
健康路為南區東西向主要道路之一，全長3.15公里，是台南市區最壅塞的路段之一 。加上路上不少交叉路口缺少左轉專用道，使得直行車輛經常被內側停等左轉的車輛阻擋路線，造成交通阻塞。林依婷表示，實踐台南人本交通精神以及促進行車安全，是他上任以來一直在努力的事情，首先就從安平南區車流量最大的健康路開始。
健康路與健新橋路口為進入安平工業區的要道，上下班尖峰時刻交通繁忙（圖＿資料畫面）。
至於目前沒有行人號誌的健康路與健新橋路口，林依婷於二月時與交通局長前往現場會勘，已決議近期會增設行穿線、行人庇護島以及行人小綠人號誌，守護行人安全。
