6/15日晚上八點，台南市警察局歸仁分局接獲一名盧姓婦人報案，稱渠兒子2人遭人押走，歹徒要求付新臺幣500萬元贖款才肯放人。分局獲悉後立即組成專案小組，在短短4小時內將4名犯嫌逮捕。今（17）日臺南市刑事警察之友會理事長劉怡萱、副理事長常如山在警察局長廖宗山、刑大大隊長林宏昇陪同下，至歸仁分局慰勉破案有功人員並頒發獎勵金。
