來到台南一定要走訪台南東區的鮮蒸蝦仁肉圓，而且這間店並非只是一間老店，可是比登台南美食的米其林餐廳！晶瑩剔透的肉圓外皮，看起來真的相當可口！內餡更是豐富，除了有肉餡以及蝦仁之外，還有蒜蓉參雜在裡面，吃起來美味可口！！
招牌的「鮮蒸蝦仁肉圓」
鮮蒸蝦仁肉圓的環境非常乾淨，現場可以看到內場不斷地捏肉圓，越到用餐時間生意越好，外帶的醬包也幫客人分開包裝好了，老闆也非常親切！位置就在南紡購物中心附近，吃完還可以去南紡逛個街，他們的四神湯以及香菇肉羹，一定要配他們的湯超絕配！如果喜歡他們家的肉圓還可以買冷凍回去煮，吃了就真的回不去了太好吃了！
