一名女設計師上個月在社群發文稱被歌手性騷擾，原本接連3篇文章都沒指名道姓。昨（13日）她終於公開點名對方就是陳昇。 她並還原上個月發出爆料後，陳昇團隊找她道歉的過程。文中指出，原本已說好同意公開道歉才與陳昇聯絡，但過程中卻讓女設計師感到極度沒誠意，進而曝光陳昇所寄的道歉信。女設計師怒噴信中內容對當天描述不實且避重就輕，甚至絕口不提言語性騷擾。

日前，女設計師控訴2019年9月遭陳昇毛手毛腳，被偷摸右臉嚇壞，還被強迫他喝威士忌，陳昇還連問她3次「你要不要跟我做愛？……我開玩笑的！」接著要她喝下一瓶韓國燒酒。後來她偷偷叫uber想逃離現場，陳昇發現後還大吼大叫威脅要砸爛筆電。她吐露：「之後的幾年，有時回憶起，想到那些權力不平等、否定、質疑能力、辱罵、不尊重、分不清身體界線的行動和汙穢言語，依舊還是有驚恐、害怕、不解、錯愕、憤怒、羞辱、悲傷的情緒。 」
