佐岸開發有限公司再度展現其對台南市的熱情關心與企業責任，捐出一輛先進的救護車給台南市消防局安和消防隊，進一步加強台南市的救災救護能力。台南市長黃偉哲於今日舉行的儀式中，代表市府向陳泓名董事長表達深深的感謝。他也提及，這次的捐贈非常有意義，不僅是一輛救護車的捐出，更是展現對市民生命安全的關心。黃市長也期望此舉能鼓舞更多企業回饋社會、參與公益。儀式最後，市長黃偉哲及陳董事長親自體驗這輛新救護車的操作，發動志展號救護車，開警示燈與鳴報警報器，象徵著新的生命救助工具已經準備好投入服務。

市長黃偉哲表示，救護車使用頻率高，耗損相對也大，感謝陳董事長捐贈救護車，挹注救護資源，爲南市救護品質帶來正面助益。黃偉哲指出，台南市的救護車於109年起全面配備十二導程心電圖機器，截至目前已成功搶救回107例病患，而本次企業捐贈的志展號即為標準全配備的救護車，將協助第一線救護人員安全且快速的執行緊急任務，讓待命醫院醫師更了解病患狀況。

陳泓名董事長指出，20年前因自己手足發生車禍事故，為感謝當時協助送醫的善心人士，立下捐贈救護車的心願，如今心願達成，將此輛救護車捐贈給安和消防隊，希望提高當地急救成功率，讓居民受到更即時完善的救護。

消防局說明，佐岸開發有限公司捐贈的救護車配置新穎的電動擔架床，其液壓式升降機的設計，消防人員單人即可操作，若遇有山區道路或路況不佳狀況時，電動擔架床亦可立馬鎖住，避免擔架產生晃動，增加緊急傷病患的舒適性。另外，救護車車身的巴騰堡格紋則能有效提示用路人注意安全，給予傷患優質救護服務品質。
