「囤房稅2.0」將被消失 租客聯盟籲：盡速排審

立院會期剩1個月，囤房稅2.0法案竟還沒排審（圖＿資料畫面）。
行政院預計於10月將「囤房稅2.0」草案送至國會審查，並表示若於本會期通過，預計將於明年7月正式上路。
關心租客權益的租屋聯盟表示，立院會期剩1個月，本週財政委員會依然沒有排審「囤房稅2.0」，加上本會期為預算會期。租客聯盟質疑，若「囤房稅2.0」未能於本會期三讀通過，法案將依「屆期不連續」原則退回，功虧一簣。
租客聯盟呼籲民進黨，既已完全執政且提出行政院版本，並於財政委員會有召委席次，應盡速排案促使法案三讀通過、回應民意，完成蔡總統與賴副總統的改革承諾。
此外，租客聯盟也向國民黨喊話，應盡速將在野黨之「中央囤/空屋稅」版本共同排案審查，以回應民意對空屋問題的嚴重不滿，並完成國民黨之政治承諾。
租客聯盟強調，本週將正式聯繫沈發惠、費鴻泰兩位召委，當面拜訪表達「囤房稅2.0」與「中央囤/空屋稅」應儘速排審，以呼應民眾對居住正義之殷切期待。
租客聯盟成立於今年九月，為台灣第一個租屋族團結組織，關心租屋族的權利，目前以「租賃市場透明納管」與「引導囤房空屋出租」做為優先推動方案。
