台南「六都最胖」又奪冠！市長黃偉哲：我帶頭減肥！

台南被譽為美食古都，超多美味小吃能夠品嚐。據教育部體育署111年運動現況調查統計發現，台南人的肥胖比例達43.2%，居六都之冠。台南市長黃偉哲也表示，他自己帶頭減肥。
根據教育部體育屬111年度運動現況調查，將BMI分類大於等於27定義為肥胖，24至27為過重。統計結果顯示，民眾BMI屬過重與肥胖的比例達40.9%，其中台南市更以43.2%高居六都之冠。
台南市長黃偉哲受訪時表示，自己擔任市長以來，也胖了許多，自己將帶頭減肥，也提醒市民，台南美食很美味，但還是要適量吃，而非暴飲暴食。也希望由學校教育開始改善肥胖問題。
教育部體育署提出建議，疫情趨緩後應回復本來的運動習慣，同時體育署也建議各級政府可以舉辦大型活動及賽事、週期性團體運動課程或提供運動諮詢服務以逐漸養成民眾運動習慣，進而為規律運動者。
