行政院蘇貞昌院長12日訪視部立屏東醫院，感謝疫情期間所有醫療院所及醫事人員對防疫的貢獻。行政院將全力監督支持屏東榮民總醫院及恆春旅遊醫院施工進度，並要求醫護人員的宿舍要同步完工，提供醫護人員完善的住宿環境。

蘇院長除強調部立屏東醫院第二醫療大樓工程請醫院盤點需求包括設備、機具、醫材及醫護人力等需一次到位；部立屏東醫院長照大樓照護人力不足，應增加資源盡速聘僱更多人力提供完善服務，中央也將全力支持，讓部立屏東醫院、恆春旅遊醫院及屏東榮民總醫院都能提供民眾所需的服務，縣民就醫不用再往高雄跑。
屏東縣12日新增2190例本土確診個案，衛生局表示，中央疫情指揮中心宣布自6月15日零時起放寬邊境檢疫措施，調整為3+4天，請入境者配合相關防疫措施；而國內疫情處於社區流行階段，指揮中心也自6月13日起取消身分證字號尾數單雙號購買家用快篩試劑的限制，本縣有153家實名制快篩販售點，民眾可上衛生局官網查詢就近購買。
衛生局指出，中央疫情指揮中心宣布自6月15日零時起(航班表定抵臺時間)於調控入境一定人數總量為前提下，同步放寬邊境檢疫措施，入境者檢疫處所維持1人1戶或入住防疫旅宿，以於同一檢疫地點完成3天居家檢疫及4天自主防疫為原則，並請配合相關防疫措施，包括自主防疫期間需有2日內快篩陰性檢驗結果，才可外出工作及採買生活必需品；商務履約得上班、參訪、演講、開會，及得於餐廳之獨立空間內獨自或與特定對象共餐，但仍應全程戴口罩、共餐隔板及保持社交距離等。
