法務部行政執行署屏東分署將於(111年1月26日)上午10時拍賣漁筏一艘，該漁筏於96年間建造，有衛星定位器、無線電對講機，並於去年甫更換引擎，漁筏目前雖有漁業執照，但為屏東地檢署偵查中走私案件的扣押物，未來恐有遭漁業署撤照的風險，且依據漁業法相關規定拍定人無法申請核發，故本次拍賣標的不含漁業執照。分署送鑑價後已核定底價，底價不公開，公告之建議起拍價為20萬元。

該漁筏目前停泊於後壁湖漁港，在押的被告慮及漁筏如長期停放未正常行駛性能會有耗損，且怕停放期間如有天災事變進水受損價值可能減低，故請求檢察官依據刑事訴訟法第141條規定拍賣漁筏並保管價金。近期重大刑事案件，如偵查中所查扣之被告財產有貶值之虞，檢察官因人力有限，偵查中變價均委由專業的行政執行機關協助辦理。屏東分署為貫徹此一重大政策之落實，與屏東地檢署多次聯繫，達成合作共識。

屏東地檢署於去年12月下旬囑託執行分署後，屏東分署執行人員迅即與地檢署、鑑定人至後壁湖履勘，在場人哀怨表示漁筏在去年以百萬購入，光是更換引擎就花了40萬元。屏東分署一完成漁筏相關調查程序，即迅速公告拍賣，希望能在農曆春節前順利為漁筏找到新主人，以妥善維護漁筏的價值。
為有效保存扣押物價值，並抒解贓證物庫保管空間負擔，法務部目前積極推行各地檢署囑託執行分署變價拍賣扣押物，本件為屏東地檢署第一件囑託分署拍賣的標的，屏東分署表示，希望藉由此案件，能開啟雙方攜手合作之路並建立標準作業流程。
本件漁筏應買人需為年滿18歲之中華民國人，且不得為公務員，拍賣前一日上午9時30分至10時整於後壁湖開放觀覽漁筏，拍賣當天上午9點半持身分證件領取號碼牌，10點整喊價拍賣，欲觀看開標或競買者，仍請全程配戴口罩並配合分署防疫措施。有興趣觀覽漁筏或競買的民眾請參閱屏東分署官網上的拍賣公告！
