居家隔離就醫怎麼辦? 虛擬健保卡+視訊診療免煩惱

陳先生最近因工作關係，與COVID-19確診者密切接觸被匡列，目前正居家隔離中，但他患有糖尿病及高血壓，依照醫囑必須回診，正在煩惱隔離期間如何就醫拿藥，其實現在可使用虛擬健保卡透過視訊診療，免出門就可完成就診。
健保署南區業務組組長林純美表示，因應疫情期間，民眾居家隔離若有就醫需求，可使用虛擬健保卡透過視訊診療就診，診間醫師除可透過視訊問診外，也可從健保署雲端系統同步查詢病患用藥與檢驗檢查紀錄，了解病患過往就醫歷程，完成當次處方開立。
林純美說，虛擬健保卡系統4月19日改版升級，加入拍攝/上傳身分證明文件及後台審核機制，提升個資的安全性，民眾可依個人需要臨櫃現場申請(專案申請)或一般自行申請(一般申請)。臨櫃現場申請者，由櫃檯人員審核後，隨即提供一組【審核認證碼】，輸入後當下即可完成申請。

採一般自行申請者，約需等待3個工作天，審核完成後即顯示虛擬健保卡，未完成審核則顯示【審核中】，若審核被退件將顯示【退件原因】，民眾可檢視退件原因說明後重新提出申請。
民眾在完成虛擬健保卡申請後，就醫時只要出示手機的QR code就可以完成掛號、看診、檢驗及檢查。近期面臨染疫人數快速增加，建議民眾可透過虛擬健保卡視訊診療，完成零接觸看診，降低就醫染疫風險，也能多利用健保快易通APP查詢申辦健保業務。相關作業有疑問，可撥打健保署諮詢專線︰0800-030-598，手機請改撥02-4128-678洽詢。
