最美長照資源中心亮相 南市府拚10月啟用

衛服部新營醫院北門分院10年前慘遭祝融，荒廢多時，南市府向中央申請前瞻計畫補助，重新整建，將北門分院轉型為多元長照資源中心，外觀師法地中海風的明亮配色，看起來就像是一幢豪華度假酒店，相當吸睛，目前整建工程已完工，台南市長黃偉哲今（3）日前往視察，相當滿意，後續工務局驗收後，將由社會局接手營運，最快10月就能啟用，給沿海地區長輩提供優質長照服務。

北門分院由台南市工務局代辦整建修繕工程，2019年6月動工，斥資約3億元，在5月底竣工，工程驗收後約9月底移交社會局設立多元長照中心，北門多元長照中心委外營運的OT案也招商完成，6月雙方簽約，分院移交經營廠商進駐，將再購置設備等長照設施。

市長黃偉哲視察時，特別關心安全及疏散設施，黃偉哲說，浴火重生後的北門分院建築體不僅美輪美奐，在防火及安全設施方面也是以最高規格來辦理，可望成為台南市一流的長照中心，也體現南市府對長照的用心以及對大北門區長者的照顧與關懷。

北門分院整建後，外觀妝點亮麗色彩，以白色為底色，點綴紅、藍、黃色，屋頂外緣也做成藍色條紋的波浪造型，大樓入口處則是海洋風的藍白色，一掃之前陰鬱氣氛。
整建完成後的「北門分院長照中心」共有4層，1樓是居家醫療資源中心、餐飲服務之中央廚房、一般日間照顧中心等為主；2樓做為失智症日間照顧中心、長期資源整合中心及失智症團體家屋等；3、4樓則為住宿式長照機構，透過單元照顧模式，提供溫馨空間，並有利維持照顧及管理品質。

有關收容人數部分，一般日間照顧中心共可收容30人、失智症日間照顧中心30人、失智症團體家屋兩單元共18人、住宿式長照機構四個單元共87人。未來也提供社區式及住宿式等長照2.0服務項目、相關長照諮詢及資源連結等服務。
