掌握復健關鍵期 奇美醫學中心「工作強化中心」助職災勞工重返崗位

43歲的阿君，在食品加工廠擔任作業員，有次工作時衣袖不慎捲入機器，所幸未造成斷臂等撕裂傷，但因衣物扭轉纏繞20分鐘導致缺血，送醫診斷後發現右上臂除壓砸傷勢外，還有神經血管損傷以及橫紋肌溶解症，緊急植入血管支架恢復血流，後續在奇美醫學中心復健部進行4個月的復健及近2個月的強化訓練，總算恢復手部抓握力，半年內重返原職場產線作業。

奇美醫學中心復健部部長王鈺霖指出，職災勞工復健及工作強化後要回復原本工作，一般得經歷很多艱辛與挫折，非常需要家人協助及公司與部門主管的支持，奇美醫學中心在2017年就設立「工作強化中心」，建構職災勞工職業復健流程，提供勞工一條龍的整體照護、連結各縣市的職災個案管理員、就業服務機構及社會福利機構等，以此幫助勞工連續性服務及儘快順利返回職場。

職能治療師張又方說，以阿君為例，在4個月的先期基礎復建，恢復生活自理能力後，再評估原職場任務，包含搬運物料、操控組裝機器零件、清潔作業等，屬於中度勞力工作，因此安排為期8週，每週2次的工作強化訓練，內容包含工作模擬和工作適能，以強化動作控制以及上肢肌力。

訓練初期，阿君左手部肌肉握力24公斤，受傷過的右手僅有6公斤，雙手僅可搬運10公斤，在工作強化職能復健課程結束後，右手握力提升到14公斤，雙手可搬運20公斤重物，雙手可同時使用，工具操作流暢度明顯提升，並順利回到原來的工作崗位。
奇美醫學中心自2017年承接職業安全衛生署工作能力評估及強化計畫，迄今完成124名職災勞工訓練結案，成功復工人數110人，達88.7%。其中以男性居多(63.7%)，平均年齡為40歲，受傷部位上肢65.3%、下肢24.2%、上肢及下肢1.6%、與其他部位8.9%；有需求的職災勞工可洽詢奇美醫學中心職業醫學科門診，經由醫師評估後轉介工作強化中心接受訓練，有機會早日回歸職場。
