醫美龍頭愛爾麗集團贊助「萬巒鄉幸福巴士」，協助長者就醫之交通問題。
屏東縣萬巒鄉已是高齡化鄉鎮，且萬巒鄉內並無大型醫療院所，為方便長者就醫並維護長者身體機能之健康，國內醫美龍頭愛爾麗集團贊助「萬巒鄉幸福巴士」來滿足長者就醫之需求。
萬巒鄉內的公路客運系統共有五條線行駛，路線規劃上有到赤山、佳佐及新置等村莊，現有客運路線經過中央市場或民生校區等地，卻未經過寶健醫院、屏東署立醫院等需求點，該行駛路線無法滿足長者就醫需求，長者若要前往就醫則必須要再轉乘，相當不便且耗時的行程，對於基本民行沒有實質幫助。
萬巒鄉內幅遠狹長且社區內道路狹小，因此幸福巴士選用9人座小型車輛營運。
且萬巒鄉內幅遠狹長且社區內道路狹小無法深入至各村落，中大型巴士皆無法在社區內順利通行，因此幸福巴士使用9人座小型車輛營運。
偏鄉醫療一直是愛爾麗長期關注的公益關懷議題，期望透過幸福巴士的建置，協助鄉內居民能在就醫的過程中得到較便利的交通運輸，因此投入幸福巴士計畫，滿足萬巒鄉長者就醫照護之需求。除此之外愛爾麗集團董事長總裁常如山也秉持「世界因愛而美麗」的精神，繼續回饋社會，投身公益，更希望能有拋磚引玉之效，讓更多人關注偏鄉醫療問題。
