「阿勃勒花季」美麗登場！每年5、6月就是金黃鮮豔的阿勃勒綻放季節，曾被票選為全台最美自行車道之一的嘉義縣「朴子溪自行車道」，就是最佳的賞花點，悠閒騎著單車漫遊，愜意漫步在金黃隧道下，欣賞著微風輕拂落下的黃金花瓣，浪漫指數破表，嘉義縣文化觀光局力邀遊客趁著端午連假，來追場夏季限定的黃金花雨。

想看最漂亮的阿勃勒花海，嘉義縣長翁章梁推薦遊客一定要來朴子溪自行車道，全長25公里，從蒜頭糖廠蔗埕文化園區出發，經過全台最長的六家佃長壽吊橋，一路終點可騎到東石漁人碼頭；其中1.5k「六腳田園段」車道兩旁有將近450公尺長的阿勃勒，每到花期就瞬間變身「黃金隧道」，一串串的金黃花穗在風中搖曳，把自行車道妝點的很是浪漫。騎著腳踏車，享受風的悠閒感，遼闊的田園風光，穿越在黃金雨的夢幻場景中，簡直就像是在演偶像劇。

嘉義縣文化觀光局也推薦遊客順遊周邊的故宮南院、蒜頭糖廠和用九柑仔店。文觀局指出，故宮南院現正展出「謎樣景泰藍」與「花樣何處來」2檔年度大型特展，不僅能欣賞作工精細的掐絲琺瑯，還能親自探索青花、彩花樣何處來瓷的花樣奧秘，再搭上蒜頭糖廠的五分車，體驗過去糖業的懷舊感，跟著知名電視劇「用九柑仔店」的拍攝場景，感受復古柑仔店的人情味，整趟旅程有文化、有復古、有童趣，絕對是端午連假最佳的小旅行。

嘉義縣文化觀光局長許有仁表示，阿勃勒花期在每年的5、6月開花，現已逐漸盛開，但花況易受天氣與梅雨季影響，鼓勵遊客把握好天氣跟最佳賞花期。 許有仁還說，來到嘉義六腳鄉，絕對不能錯過在地最有特色的蒜頭餅，外皮酥脆，內餡有滿滿的蒜香，吃完還想再吃。
