杜絕疫情再擴 高市府針對熱點區域加強訪視宣導

社工針對熱點區域加強訪視宣導。
高雄市政府社會局關懷街友，設置有三民及鳳山區2處街友服務中心提供安置輔導，針對不願接受安置個案，除提供基本生活需求外，並經常性進行外展服務，提供沐浴、物資、就業媒合及家庭重建等福利服務，且因應疫情嚴峻，為免街友成為防疫缺口，針對露宿者，於外展服務時發放口罩便利露宿者備用，同時於定點發餐時協助街友測量額溫，並發放防疫宣導單張，進行衛教宣導，提醒街友戴口罩、注意衛生習慣、勤洗手及多喝水，讓街友提升防疫意識，同時做好自主健康管理，全力杜絕防疫缺口。
日前有民眾反應，大東濕地公園街友群聚聊天、喝酒、抽菸，憂心恐成為防疫破口。社會局上個月連續三日派社工至該地加強關懷訪視，現場勸導街友接受安置、發放口罩、酒精、快篩試劑等防疫物資，並宣導防疫資訊，街友婉拒安置，惟配合以垃圾袋整理環境並允諾會遵守防疫規定。
大東濕地公園為鳳山區重點關懷區域，該局已與權管單位市府工務局養工處及轄區派出所分工合作，持續尋訪公園區域，積極勸導及處理街友議題；該局街友服務中心社工亦每週至該處關懷輔導，並發放口罩、酒精及快篩試劑，加強街友防疫觀念，勸導街友注意個人行為及接受安置。
每位街友的背後都有一段不為人知的故事，有人迫於無奈選擇流落街頭，也有人喜歡恣意放任自己於不受拘束的空間，不願接受安置的街友個案，社會局會列冊持續關懷輔導，並持續加強防疫宣導及防疫物資的提供，另也呼籲市民朋友如發現有需協助之街友，可洽三民街友中心（07-3432263）或鳳山街友中心（07-7190895），即時派社工前往訪視，提供輔導與協助。
