疫情進入高原期  嘉義縣推防疫飲食6大類3原則

疫情進入高原期，確診案量大幅提升，為建立民眾自身免疫力，嘉義縣政府今日防疫快報以「居家防疫運動營養」為主題，邀請嘉義縣營養推廣中心營養師洪慈姍上線，提醒防疫期間應注意6大類食物均衡搭配，食材選購上遵循新鮮、原型、少加工3大原則。

營養師洪慈姍說，隔離期間不能出門，可預先購買較營養的保久乳、鋁箔包裝豆奶，油脂部分可選擇無調味堅果取代，每餐蛋白質攝取一掌心大小肉或魚，幫助免疫力生成，主食以全穀及未精製雜糧類為佳，因富有充足的維生素B群（如地瓜、南瓜）及增加膳食纖維攝取（維持腸道好菌），也不要忘記攝取富含維生素C的水果如奇異果、芭樂，每日補充1500-2000cc水分。

衛生局長趙紋華表示，國內防疫已走向共存模式，無論是哪種防疫規範，都要「內-顧營養」及「外-勤運動」，掌握「規律運動」、「均衡飲食」原則才能對抗病毒，衛生局也錄製「居家防疫運動營養愛注意」宣導影片，歡迎民眾上衛生局網站、掃描QRCODE或點選連結 https://youtu.be/CwZGvMI74zg 收看，鄉親也可透過電視收看在厝顧健康，每天運動30分減輕焦慮感。

衛生局提醒，第二輪家用抗原快篩試劑實名制6日起開始販售，民眾持健保卡或居留證，無年齡限制，以身分證字號尾數單號星期一、三、五；雙號星期二、四、六；週日全民開放，可至全縣101家實名制藥局，以及阿里山、大埔衛生所分流購買；另原免費提供0至6歲幼兒家用快篩試劑5劑政策，由原來2016年1月1日以後出生幼兒，擴大為2015年9月2日（含）以後出生的學齡前孩童，家長可同步於以上服務點免費領取。
