她確診吃類清冠心悶、下肢水腫   醫籲診斷開立才安全

1名28歲女子因確診，經防疫門診看診後領取症狀治療藥物，自覺沒吃到抗病毒藥而感到緊張，請家人至中藥店購買「類」清冠一號藥方，日服三包100毫升的水藥，服用3天頭痛、喉嚨痛、發燒和鼻腔症狀有改善，但繼續高劑量服用，漸漸發現心下處悶痛，下肢水腫且大便不成形越發嚴重，解隔後就醫看診才發現自己體質屬脾腎陽虛，不適合服用大劑量清冠一號藥材(科學中藥)，經中醫師對症下藥，才讓她逐漸康復，也無任何後遺症。

中榮灣橋分院傳統醫學科醫師唐佑任指出，我國蘇奕彰教授團隊研發的「清冠一號」是治療藥，用於新冠輕症及重症後恢復期的患者身上，像是出現喉嚨腫痛、咳嗽、痰多、流鼻涕、發燒等症狀的患者，在前期就能明顯改善症狀，避免演變成重症增加醫療負擔及提升死亡風險，確診者可經由中榮嘉義或灣橋分院防疫門診轉診至中醫部，經中醫師以視訊門診看診確認症狀符合且適合病人體質，開立給病人服用治療。

值得注意的是，「清冠一號」並非保健或預防性藥品，沒有新冠相關症狀的人不需要吃，且不是所有人體質都適合服用，因該藥方相對苦寒，用台語來說就是「偏涼」，如果本身出現畏寒、怕冷的症狀，或腸胃道比較敏感容易拉肚子，就不適合服用，否則可能會感到不舒服，出現倦怠無力感、腹瀉或是下肢水腫症狀。

唐醫師提醒，清冠一號內含黃芩，主成份會抑制肝臟代謝酶等酵素，若有慢性病患者有服用降血壓、降血脂藥物和抗凝血劑，可能會增加上述藥物作用的時間；清冠一號跟輝瑞抗病毒西藥(Paxlovid)可能會有互相加成，抑制病毒蛋白酶複製的功能，但功用加倍不一定有好處，可能會有未知負面作用，如同坊間中藥行自行配製的「類清冠」，雖組成一樣，但是未必適應個人體質及病症，水藥藥性強烈，亦有增加副作用的風險，不可不慎，患者若自覺需要清冠一號治療，應看診後由醫師判斷開藥，且清冠一號與抗病毒口服藥建議擇一使用，不要重複用藥。

中醫認為「正氣存內、邪不可干」，平時建立自己的免疫系統並提升免疫力，是不使病原體入侵的最好防線，唐佑任醫師呼籲，平時要均衡及多樣性飲食，尤其可攝取富含維生素 C、E 的蔬果如芭樂、黃金奇異果、草莓、柳橙、花椰菜、亞麻籽油等，可以搭配些許黃耆、枸杞及紅棗煮成的茶飲，有提升免疫力效果作用，也可經常按壓手部上的「列缺穴」和腳上的「照海穴」，讓呼吸道黏液分泌正常，減少感染的風險；此外唐佑任醫師呼籲已經染疫的民眾在服用中藥前，務必經由醫師診斷對症下藥，切勿跟風或盲目服用「清冠一號」，以免治病不成反倒傷身。
