台南市體育局揭牌成立 體育人「豹哥」陳良乾走馬上任

台南市體育局7/1日正式揭牌，體育局長由前橄欖球國手、台南市體育總會秘書長陳良乾走馬上任，他列出包括強化競技運動、推廣全民運動、增設運動設施及場館、引進體育人才等4大主軸，今年的U-12世界盃棒球賽、明年的全運會都是體育局成立後的重要任務，市長黃偉哲也對體育局寄予厚望，希望未來能培育出更多令人感動的選手，也將運動風氣深植民間。

今天的揭牌典禮包括台南市長黃偉哲、體育署副署長洪志昌、立法委員林宜瑾、前內政部長余政憲等人都到場，還有來自全台各地的體育界人士出席，場面相當熱烈，黃偉哲也打趣說，比他市長就職典禮還熱鬧，要陳局長好好加油，開創台南體育新格局。

陳良乾國中時期開始接觸橄欖球，六信高中時入選台南市代表隊，當時台南市橄欖球曾在區運會寫下16連霸，他就代表台南市參加過14次區運會，共拿下13次冠軍、1次亞軍；他曾任國家運動訓練中心訓練組長，1998年曼谷亞運台灣奪下77面獎牌的空前紀錄，就是在他任上創下，2012年起陳良乾接任台南市體育總會秘書長，深耕台南體育多年。

黃偉哲表示，明年南市就要主辦全國運動會，希望體育界除了大團結之外，我們南市也能夠做一個非常好的東道主，把這個運動賽事辦得好，然後能夠讓全台各地的選手，都能夠留下深刻而正面的好印象，未來體育局的首要任務，就是強化體育行政量能，厚植台南運動發展的實力。

陳良乾指出，他上任後的施政重點包括全力籌辦112年全運會，在強化競技運動表現上，將加強單項委員會行政效率並擬定體育發展制度、提升競技運動及賽會品質；在全民運動方面，帶動體育風氣，倍增運動人口、讓市民更健康，同時提高運動場館設施經營效益，提供優質化、多元化、標準化的運動空間，最後就是引進國內外優質教練、選手，深化國際運動交流，未來體育局將是全台首創結合學校體育及社會體育的體育行政機關。
