知名餐飲業集團饗賓餐旅，在嘉義縣馬稠後產業園區取得15098坪土地，初期投資新台幣8億元興建「饗賓嘉義食材中心」，縣長翁章梁今（13）日上午參加新建廠房開工典禮，桃園市長鄭文燦為鼓勵桃園在地規模最大優良餐飲企業饗賓集團在嘉義設廠，親臨嘉義致賀。

翁章梁說，饗賓集團在馬稠後設立食材中心，饗賓的到來對嘉義縣的農產品有非常大的幫助，饗賓與嘉義優鮮產品更是「強強聯手」，希望透過此通路管道，協助將嘉義縣辛苦的農漁民所生產的農漁產品，提供給全台消費者享受最安全、最好的食材。
鄭文燦說，饗賓餐旅餐旅集團已成為台灣在飲食文化中的重要推手，旗下八個品牌有55家分店，有大家都非常熟悉的饗食天堂，相信是年輕人的最愛，目前饗賓仍在擴大當中，特別的是結合食材物流中心，提供給餐飲業最好的食材，特別選在雲嘉南平原中心，在嘉義馬稠後產業園區建立全台最大的食材物流中心，相信以饗賓的食安標準與在地供應以及注重員工的企業文化下，一定能發展台灣最好的飲食生態系！

饗賓集團以位於桃園的川菜餐廳起家，2001年開始逐步轉型為饗食天堂自助百匯，目前發展為多品牌餐飲集團，旗下品牌包括饗食天堂、開飯川食堂、果然匯、饗泰多、饗饗、旭集、真珠、小福利火鍋會所等，為國內餐飲界龍頭，將於馬稠後產業園區新設一座南部食材中心。
2021年5月中起，台灣疫情進入三級警戒，在為期兩個多月禁止餐廳內用，餐飲業業績受到巨大衝擊下，饗賓仍堅持不停業、不減薪、不裁員、不放無薪假，更在2021年6月無償捐出近10萬個公益餐盒給第一線防疫人員，饗賓的展店計劃更持續進行，如今全台共有八個品牌共55家分店，2022年更即將在台北101的86樓開創全新品牌「饗」，將以越在地越國際的自信與姿態，成為全世界最好的高空景觀餐廳之一。
雖疫情尚未終結，但台灣具有很強大的防疫能量，饗賓也長期看好台灣餐飲巿場，在馬稠後園區良好區位的投資環境以及嘉義縣農業基礎的吸引下，於馬稠後產業園區取得15,098坪的產業用地，初期投資新台幣8億元，興建總樓地板面積3,000坪的「嘉義食材中心」。
