北高雄就醫增便利性　高雄岡山醫院上梁　明年5月試營運

高雄醫學大學投入45億元興建岡山醫院，昨（13）日舉行一期醫療大樓新建工程上梁典禮，將設置522床，預計明年5月試營運，可增加北高雄民眾就醫便利性，大幅縮減城鄉差距、促進醫療平權，由於醫院與高捷紅線南岡山站共構，高雄市議會副議長陸淑美建議可改名為「高醫岡山站」，高市長陳其邁說，若地方有共識他樂觀其成。

上梁典禮包括高雄市長陳其邁、副市長林欽榮、副議長陸淑美及高醫大學董事長陳建志、多位議員、里長都出席，陳其邁感謝高雄醫學大學長期嘉惠高雄市民，疫情期間高醫在大型施打站、急重症醫療、染疫病患後送及後端重症照護都盡心盡力；北高雄約有57萬人口，未來岡山醫院將能提升醫療品質、平衡區域醫療資源。

陸淑美表示，北高雄長期以來醫療資源缺乏，很高興高醫能夠在岡山增設分院，民眾也可以就近看診，她也提議市府體恤民意，考慮將南岡山站更名為高醫岡山站，陳其邁也回應，捷運站命名要經過地方同意，只要地方人士支持就行。

高雄岡山醫院基地面積約3.2公頃，醫療大樓為地上10層、地下3層鋼骨鋼筋混凝土構造，總樓地板面積約7萬3588平方公尺，總病床數522床，設有31個科別，未來也會加強小兒科、婦產科、骨科等，讓北高雄民眾就醫更便利，預計明年5月試營運。
