嘉義市長黃敏惠今（18）日在臉書貼文，早上上班後有輕微喉嚨痛、流鼻水的現象，馬上快篩結果為陽性，立即開始居家隔離，目前健康狀況良好，沒有其他不舒服症狀。

親愛的市民朋友，敏惠要跟大家報告，今天早上上班後，身體感覺有點不舒服，有輕微喉嚨痛和流鼻水的現象。馬上自行快篩，結果為陽性，目前開始進行居家隔離。現在健康狀況良好，沒有其他不舒服的症狀，請大家放心！
居家隔離期間，將由副市長陳淑慧代理，相關市政行程活動，我也會透過視訊來參與，不會影響市政的推動。
在各個行程上，敏惠都有遵守防疫規範，均有全程佩戴口罩。我也要提醒日前有參與相關活動的民眾，這幾天請多加留意自己的身體狀況。
還是要呼籲全體市民謹守「拱手、不握手、勤洗手」三手策略，口罩戴好戴滿，保護自己，也保護家人的健康。謝謝大家的關心！
