新冠疫情在台灣似乎有漸趨穩定趨勢，但隨著新冠變種病毒BA4、BA5出現，防疫工作依然不可鬆懈，尤其在居家照護過程中，確診民眾可能有血氧過低的狀況，但大多數人家中並無準備血氧機監測，且對部分民眾也是筆額外支出，學甲區心得藥局特別捐贈台灣製血氧機給當地關懷據點，讓有需要的民眾，可透過親友向關懷據點借取血氧機回家測量，提前發現中重症可能，把握黃金就診期。

心得藥局由藥劑師邱心得創立，原先在學甲慈濟宮大廟前，後來市場拆遷後搬到現址，在地經營超過40年，是許多學甲人都很熟悉的老牌藥局，目前邱心得逐漸交棒，由女兒、也是藥劑師邱媺娟接手經營，希望透過公益參與，能與社區民眾之間關係更緊密。
捐贈儀式包括學甲區區長張明寶、社會局社區輔導員陳月貞、關懷據點管理人等都出席，由心得藥局藥師邱媺娟捐贈9部價值近3萬元的血氧機給關懷據點各個代表人，在防疫工作上持續挹注更多資源，為民眾提供更多元的幫助。

心得藥局邱媺娟藥師指出，現今流行的新冠病毒Omicron病毒株，絕大多數確診患者為輕症或無症狀，可以在家中進行居家照護，惟新冠病毒可能造成快樂缺氧（血氧過低），會造成突然的病情急轉直下，當出現異常疲倦、嗜睡、喘等症狀，透過血氧的量測，可協助掌握居家照護時症狀惡化的情形，即使無確診，若出現上述症狀，也可趕緊去關懷中心量測血氧，若血氧值低於94，需立即送醫。
學甲區長張明寶表示，若是居家照護的確診民眾，可由親友向學甲區的九個關懷據點（仁得里、宅港里、光華里、三慶里、第五社區、大灣社區、平西社區、頂洲社區、新榮社區）申請借用血氧機，希望讓鄉親更快發現中重症的徵兆，把握黃金時段就醫。
