屏東縣政府在大鵬灣舉辦的屏東Fun暑假夏日狂歡祭活動，8月20日進入最高潮，有伍佰、高爾宣等知名藝人狂歡演唱會，使人潮滿場，屏東縣警察局長劉印宮特蒞臨大鵬灣活動會場，除了解及指導警力部署外，特慰勉同仁及義警、民防人員執行勤務辛勞，並贈送飲用水補充體力，局長特別叮囑同仁天氣炎熱，要注意防暑，且人車眾多執勤時更須注意自身安全。
劉局長也提醒遊客要隨時收聽警察廣播電臺掌握路況資訊，即時做行程的因應調整。大鵬灣活動會場周邊道路及進出場交通，均派遣警力加強交通疏導，一定做到「一路順暢、人車平安」。
東港警分局長張世儒表示，感謝局長至活動現場慰問打氣，提升工作士氣，本分局除事前縝密規劃交通疏導工作外，若交通要道突發狀況，亦會機動、迅速派遣警力疏處，避免往來車流受阻，溫馨提醒民眾，狂歡祭活動期間會場周邊車流量大增，呼籲民眾開車儘量共乘或騎乘機車前往，避免交通阻塞而影響興致。
