曾在2016年入選國軍形象月曆的空軍上尉方棱溶，因擁有招牌燦爛笑容，又當過「莒光園地」節目主播、年度形象大使等，與先生空軍少校王允昱被網友封為台版的《太陽的後裔》，但近年傳出患有紅斑性狼瘡，因病留職停薪，現在傳來不幸消息，日前她因身體不適送醫，因搶救無效過世，年僅31歲。

方棱溶曾經主持過國軍《莒光園地》，她的先生服務於國防部示範樂隊，兩人同時入選2016年國軍形象月曆，方棱溶是4月小姐、王允昱則是8月先生，2015年底公布月曆時，兩人的情侶身分還引發注目，2016年11月兩人結婚，郎才女貌相當登對，空軍軍樂隊臉書粉專也貼出婚禮甜蜜照片，封她是「政戰女神」。
根據奇美衛教資訊網指出，紅斑性狼瘡屬身體免疫失調的疾病，是一種發炎性自體免疫疾病，屬於慢性病，常見症狀為臉上出現紅斑，又稱蝴蝶斑、關節炎及關節疼痛、疲勞、虛弱、發燒、口腔潰瘍、貧血、水腫、腎炎，嚴重時會有腎臟、心肺或中樞神經等重要器官侵犯。

醫師表示，紅斑性狼瘡通常在15歲到40歲之間最容易發生，且大部分都是女性，男女比例約為1：9，常見症狀包括發燒、體重減輕、肌肉痠痛、淋巴結腫大、體溫過低、嘔吐或毛髮脫落等，另外在臉部、頸部、手臂都可能出現皮疹，在鼻子與臉頰出現的皮疹「外觀像蝴蝶」，所以有蝴蝶斑之稱。

紅斑性狼瘡好發於年輕女性，也有「美女病」的別稱，30歲的美國知名歌手、演員席琳娜•戈梅茲（selena gomez）在2017年就因該病影響腎臟機能，最後換腎才救回一命，另一位女歌手茱莉克魯斯（Julee Cruise）則是因為長期罹患紅斑性狼瘡，影響容貌與心理，讓她得了抑鬱症，日前輕生，得年65歲。
