台灣首場百萬獎金帆船賽　10/1台南揚帆啟航

台灣四面環海，發展海洋休閒運動深具潛力，除了衝浪、潛水、SUP等水上運動外，近年帆船運動及遊艇休憩也逐漸受到重視，有業者如亞果遊艇集團，在台南、高雄、澎湖等地投資興建碼頭、成立遊艇會與國際接軌，疫情期間會員成長不降反漲；而由台灣帆船聯盟（Taiwan Sailing League,TSL）舉辦的全台首場「台南高雄長航賽」，即將於10/1登場，冠軍獎金高達100萬元，吸引超過10隊好手報名參加，力拚首屆 「航海王」。

人氣票房都熱爆的「捍衛戰士」中，阿湯哥與女主角開著帆船在海上乘風破浪一幕，令人印象深刻，其實帆船賽並不輸給世界盃足球賽、F1一級方程式賽車等運動，以超過150年歷史、迄今已舉辦36屆的美洲盃帆船賽就是一例，在全球影響力極大、聲望極高，賽事有逾200個國家轉播、近30億人口觀看，而帆船運動在台灣僅僅只是起步，活動的推廣及向下扎根是重要課題。

亞果遊艇集團推動成立的台灣帆船聯盟（TSL），希望透過活動與聯盟賽事的舉辦，讓民眾對帆船運動能有更進一步的了解，並藉由觀賞或接觸帆船運動，深化對海洋的認識，提升對海洋休閒活動的興趣，有機會培養出冒險犯難、不畏艱難的航海精神，也體現帆船運動其實並非高不可攀，而是身為海島國家的台灣民眾可以選擇的一種生活方式。

亞果遊艇集團董事長侯佑霖表示，帆船賽事在亞、奧運都列為正式賽事，台灣擁有得天獨厚的地理環境，培養出能駕馭帆船在海上競速的運動好手是理所當然，但必須從教育做起，舉辦有規模的賽事也是其中一環，這次的長航賽雖然因為疫情無法開放國外遊艇隊伍參賽，但有國際好手加入競技，相信會提升賽事水準與競爭力，讓國內選手變得更專業。

侯佑霖說，這場台南高雄長航賽只是開始，接下來台灣帆船聯盟（TSL）將會規畫各類賽事，未來舉辦環島拉力賽事、甚至前進南海東沙群島也不是不可能，希望能帶動國人親近海洋的熱潮；這次賽事將於10/1、10/2登場，精彩可期。
