上週（16日）蘋果iPhone 14開賣，許多死忠的果粉都搶在第一批拿到手機，未料新機拿到的第一天，手機的網路訊號收訊，居然發生斷斷續續狀況，不停在5G、4G、無訊號之間切換，根本無法上網，傻眼直呼：「蘋果品質越來越糟」、「這樣的狀況到底要怎麼用」。

16日發售的iPhone 14，該名網友在17日拿到新機，早上開始使用還正常，但在傍晚再次使用的時候，發現怎麼網路非常卡頓，訊號不停切換，檢查設定與重置都無法解決，上網google爬文也找不到解決方法，越用越崩潰。
在這個狀況曝光後，許多網也直呼「傻眼！這樣麼用！」、「應該要去退貨吧」、「蘋果這幾年軟體品質糟爆」、「已經快要放生蘋果了」、「每次買第一批災情都很多」。該名網友也回應，已跟門市反應，也可換新機。
