屏東內埔鄉有全台唯一主祀韓愈的昌黎祠，屏東郵局與內埔鄉昌黎祠，特於2022年韓愈文化祭活動前，設計發行「昌黎祠祈願個人化郵票」1款，以求上蒼保佑考生金榜題名。
每逢韓愈生日九九重陽節前後，常有考生前來祈求金榜題名，廟宇內掛滿滿的准考證，演變為地方特色，韓愈文化祭應運而生。為使昌黎祠祈願個人化郵票更具庇佑及收藏價值，特訂9月27日上午10時，由屏東郵局局長邱世賢及昌黎祠主任委員李西文共同於內埔鄉昌黎祠，舉行「昌黎祠祈願個人化郵票」過爐祈福祭典。
邱世賢局長表示屏東郵局本次與昌黎祠合作發行「昌黎祠祈願個人化郵票」，一同為眾多考生祈求金榜題名，試試順利。過爐祈福後，於屏東各郵局同步發售，售價新台幣135元，凡購買祈願個人化郵票即贈送金榜題名書籤，限量發行預購從速。
配合「2022韓愈文化祭」系列活動，屏東郵局特於9月30日起至10月2日於內埔鄉公所前設立服務攤位，提供數位金融體驗服務及販售各項優惠集郵商品，機會難得敬請把握，歡迎鄉親前往參加選購。
