嘉義縣銀髮人才服務據點10/13揭牌 企業徵才釋出36個中高齡職缺

因應臺灣進入高齡社會，為促進中高齡人力再運用，嘉義縣銀髮人才服務據點將於10月13日於民雄鄉保生街186號正式揭牌營運，同日有全聯、全家便利商店、四季春紅社企、派出食品行、陽明長照、芳御生活美學，共6家廠商釋出36個以上職缺，其中34個職缺為彈性的部分工時工作，適合55歲以上中高齡重返職場。

縣長翁章梁表示，銀髮族常因年齡漸長，自信心不足，身體機能弱化及職能不符需求等因素，重返職場或傳承技術都需要更友善的彈性職場，而專責銀髮人才服務據點成立後，將依需求開發臨時性、部分工時、社會服務等彈性工作機會，提供銀髮族職涯諮詢、職業訓練、創業諮詢輔導等服務，以及職務再設計資源幫助中高齡及高齡者重返職場。
在接受服務的銀髮族中，71歲的莊女士原本是家庭主婦，因為小孩長大後，在社區做志工，經勞青處及中正大學高跨中心協助銀髮就業，參加有機農作課程並學習有機農法種植蔬菜；她說，邁入70歲之後還能有就業的機會且有一份小收入，覺得很有成就感及生活有重心。
勞工暨青年發展處長陳奕翰表示，中高齡者及高齡者就業促進法於109年施行後，陸續協助銀髮求職民眾就業，除辦理中高齡者及高齡者就業促進宣導講座及倡議活動，已協助102名55歲以上求職者再就業，其中更有70歲以上高齡者，本身為農學院畢業，於退休後再學習有機農作技巧，除自種有機蔬菜改善身體健康外，還可教導青年種植技巧。
活動當天據點內將提供足部健康評估、現場紙藝術表演、高齡者作品展示、職涯諮詢、服務諮詢等服務，在民雄早安公園啟動儀式也同時辦理現場徵才活動，由6家廠商釋出36個以上職缺，歡迎有就業需求的民眾至現場投遞履歷，詳細活動內容可電洽05-2720411分機24025。
