國門開首發觀光外交，黃偉哲特派代表赴安倍故鄉山口縣拜會！

觀旅局郭貞慧局長與山口縣村岡知事互贈禮物，也邀請知事前來台南進行交流。
隨著邊境解封開放，台南市長黃偉哲特派台南市觀光旅遊局郭貞慧局長赴日推廣台南觀光。今（14）日上午特別前往日本前首相安倍晉三的故鄉山口縣，代表黃偉哲市長拜會山口縣村岡嗣政知事。
台南市政府與山口縣進行意見交流會談。
此行，台南市觀旅局郭貞慧局長用流利的日文，表達黃偉哲市長對山口縣與台南市未來締結友好城市的深刻期盼，同時也邀請山口縣一定要安排回訪台南的行程，也希望2024年山口縣以友好城市的身分來訪參與台南400年相關活動，現場也展現出台日友好交情。

市長黃偉哲雖因公務繁忙無法親自赴山口縣拜會但也表示與山口縣的友好交情十分難能可貴，山口縣雖然尚未與台南締結友好協定，然雙方持續維持良好互動，積極朝締盟進行。此次台南市政府台日友好訪問團除觀光旅遊局郭貞慧局長外，也結合了民間組織力量，南市台日文化友好交流基金會李退之董事長也特地隨團拜會，感謝山口縣對台南市總爺和風文化祭的支援。
台南市政府觀光旅遊局表示，10月13日國境開放台南市政府立刻組起觀光外交團全台首發，進行台日友好城市交流，希望儘快促成山口縣回訪，坐實山口縣與台南市的雙邊友好交流政策，並將台南旅遊的無盡魅力從東京大阪延伸至山口縣與日本四國、中國地方，期待有更多日本的遊客能多認識台南造訪台南，豐厚台南觀光旅遊的產業效益。
