乳癌防治「逗陣來」定期篩檢揪出癌 勇敢面對戰勝癌

根據國民健康署2019年癌症登記報告發佈的資料顯示，婦女癌症當中，乳癌發生率為女性癌症第一名，死亡率排名第2位；2019年診斷出14,856名乳癌個案，平均約每35分鐘就有1名女性罹患乳癌。由此可見，乳癌對於女性健康的重要性。奇美醫學中心癌症篩檢站用乳房X光攝影檢查，確實病患可達到早期發現、降低死亡率的目的。

45歲陳小姐，第一次使用政府補助進行乳房X光攝影檢查，因報告篩檢異常通知，回診後進一步診斷結果為乳癌原位癌，經手術治療後，預後良好，目前僅需服用抗賀爾蒙藥物及定時回診追蹤。

奇美醫學中心社區發展組暨癌症篩檢站專員王美仁表示，乳房X光攝影是目前實證上最有效的乳癌篩檢工具，根據國民健康署公布的資料當中顯示，大規模乳癌篩檢可降低41%的乳癌死亡風險，並下降30%的晚期乳癌發生率；每年透過經篩檢發現的乳癌個案中有超過6成是早期乳癌；而新診斷的早期乳癌5年存活率可超過95%，晚期乳癌5年存活率則降為33%，由此可見，定期接受乳房X光攝影檢查，確實可達到早期發現、降低死亡率的目的。

奇美醫學中心專案副院長暨護理部總監陳綉琴表示，雖然乳房X光攝影檢查能有效降低乳癌死亡風險，但許多女性朋友因怕痛而卻步。因乳房X光攝影檢查的過程必須盡量減少乳房組織重疊，獲得清晰影像，並減少輻射劑量，所以檢查過程中容易產生不適感；但目前先進的乳房攝影儀器已大幅減輕檢查時的不適，但因個人的敏感度不同，感受痛感差異性大，還是會有女性朋友感到不舒服；其實，有幾個小技巧是可減少乳房X光攝影檢查產生的痛感，包括於經期結束1至2週後再進行檢查、於檢查時轉移注意力以及透過呼吸調節來減少痛感，希望藉由這些小技巧能減輕乳房X光攝影檢查的痛感，鼓勵女性為了乳房健康，不要害怕進行檢查。
