2022 UniBread烘焙王終局之戰開賽 茶天下─王柏峰勇奪年度烘焙王

今年全台最大烘焙賽事－「2022 UniBread烘焙王麵包大賽暨世界麵包大賽台灣選拔」，由統一企業、統清公司與高雄市台灣麵包大使協會共同主辦，法國麵包大使協會、法國在台協會、法國在台協會商務處協辦。一連三日馬拉松式的高壓動態決賽，28日結果揭曉，最終由首次參賽即入圍決賽的王柏峰(茶天下)及其助手簡思昀，以零失誤的精采表現贏得評審青睞、奪得冠軍寶座。
解封國境、接軌國際！因疫情延期兩年的賽事，再次轉動試煉的齒輪，重新接軌MONDIAL DU PAIN世界麵包大賽。身為產業龍頭的統一集團率先舉辦國際級烘焙競賽，吹響復甦號角，帶動解封後的烘焙產業、活絡市場，重現旺季盛況！
本屆比賽更遠從法國、荷蘭邀請了４位國際評審親自來台評選年度烘焙王，賽事的共同主辦單位法國在台協會商務處處長François Cotier(高德廉)出席頒獎典禮，對於透過烘焙賽事推動台法之間的文化與美食交流表達高度的肯定。他提到，在法國飲食文化中，麵包具有相當獨特的地位，而台灣跟法國又同樣擁有對美食的愛好，很高興能見證法國和台灣麵包師傅在比賽中競技建立起日益密切的互動關係。
主辦單位統一集團表示，UniBread烘焙王麵包大賽體現了疫後產業能量的整合，包括人才的培育傳承、原料設備的供應鏈升級，以及市場趨勢的推動等；更重要是透過接軌國際，讓產業更具世界觀與競爭力。因此，作為疫情過後的第一場大型烘焙競賽有其時代性的意義，以比賽凝聚職人精神的正能量，為產業注入信心與活力；同時也要喚醒市場因疫情而逐漸遺忘的手作溫度與價值，正值第四季的烘焙旺季，期望藉此帶動市場買氣。
今年冠軍得主不僅是台灣年度第一的烘焙王、贏得最高獎金50萬元，同時也將代表台灣征戰國際舞台，參加2023年9th MONDIAL DU PAIN世界麵包大賽，為了讓民眾也能嘗得到冠軍麵包，預計年底開賣！
