珍妮花與南洋杉是一個置身在台南街頭的泰式專門店，門口的森林風格的裝潢，藏身於台南的東寧路與勝利路的巷弄間，而在店裡，除了一貫的森林系植栽外，整體的採光也非常的好，用餐環境也讓人感覺到相當舒服，而珍妮花與南洋杉除了裝潢用心外，餐點更是不馬乎。

珍妮花與南洋杉的老闆娘Lena表示，自己本身就很喜歡吃泰式了裡，所以用泰式料理常見的餐點像是綠咖喱、酸辣海鮮麵等，作為餐廳的主軸，加上本身也很喜歡植栽，所以就用植栽與泰式料理，打造了這一間餐廳。

店內的空間雖然小一點，但是採光非常足夠，用餐環境非常好。
