醫美集團愛爾麗董事長常如山，一年編列5千五百萬的預算在贊助公益活動上，針對軍警消、弱勢偏鄉孩童等，他們有缺什麼，就捐助設備物資，而本次愛爾麗董事長常如山將在12月12日捐贈新竹縣衛生局「愛爾麗27號」子宮頸抹片巡迴車，也是台灣首例醫療車的設計。

愛爾麗董事長常如山表示，自己的核心價值是世界因愛而美麗，有愛任何事情都能夠去解決，有愛任何事情都能夠去克服，秉持這樣的信念，愛爾麗在公益活動上很少缺席，是在許多公益活動的熟面孔。愛爾麗也連續三年舉辦公益演唱會，來慰勞辛苦的軍警消，同時為了讓警察在執行勤務時能夠更安全，也與台南市刑友會合作捐出30枝電擊槍，來讓基層刑警執勤安全更能受保障。

除了熱衷於公益活動外，愛爾麗對基層體育，也是大力支持，贊助的賽事有籃協的跨聯盟邀請賽、迷你足球賽、馬術錦標賽、綜合格鬥搏擊賽等，更在今年催生「愛爾麗F+臺南足球聯賽」，還與台南市射擊協會一同合作舉辦愛爾麗射擊盃賽，希望透過體育賽事，除了是推廣運動外，也能夠發揮企業責任，回饋社會，為推廣台灣運動盡一份力。
愛爾麗也贊助籃協的跨聯盟邀請賽。
