奇美醫學中心與東台精機股份有限公司合作開發零點偵測儀
為改善導管不相容及無法精準進行水平校正的臨床問題，奇美醫學中心護理部與東台精機股份有限公司於2021年11月合作開發「全方位導管零點偵測儀」，這項開發是輔助醫療決策上相當重要的一把鑰匙。

39歲張先生，傍晚下班返家途中發生嚴重車禍，頭部與胸部遭受猛烈撞擊，消防員緊急救援送至奇美醫學中心急診室，電腦斷層檢查診斷顱內出血、肋骨骨折併心臟挫傷，緊急開顱手術後住進外科加護病房照護治療，手術後放置腦室外引流管連接顱內壓監測器、測量血壓的動脈導管及監測中心靜脈壓等導管裝置，持續監控病人生命徵象重要數值變化。
奇美醫學中心護理部3B(心臟血管外科)加護病房護理團隊妥善照護著張先生，監測儀器螢幕上顯示生命儀表板上數值反應變化浮動，正處於腦灌流壓不足、低血壓休克、低心輸出量及體液容積不足等危及生命的處境，因此精確地監測血液動力學之各類數據，有效率地回饋醫師有問題的數據，將直接影響醫師的判斷與治療處置及病人生命安全。

奇美醫學中心護理部督導柯雅婷說明，加護病房的每位病人，都身處在與死神拔河的拉鋸戰中，為將病人從死神的手中救回，醫療團隊運用專業評估，採用不同功能之監測儀器及導管設備來評估臨床病況是否惡化，辦識出高風險病人，以作為判斷、治療和照護依據，對於改善病人預後、降低死亡率、減輕醫療成本及提升病人的安全性均非常有幫助。加護病房醫療團隊運用「全方位導管零點偵測儀」在病人生命危急的重要時刻，不但能迅速且精確獲得病人的血液動力學監測數值，並且能減輕護理師工作負荷與職業傷害。

東台精機股份有限公司經理黃偉棋指出，「全方位導管零點偵測儀」的組合式固定模板為環保材質，磁吸式水平儀搭配金屬模板，不只著重於精準照顧的健康面向，同時兼顧「經濟」、「社會」、「環境」三大面向，有效的醫療處置減少健保成本，也改善照護品質。
這項創新發明能適用各式傳輸線的固定座、雷射光水平儀減少操作者的視覺差異，精準定位固定座與病人體外兩個參考點的位置；偵測人體高度與電動升降功能，避免護理師手部的潛在工作傷害。本產品兼具可近性、操作簡易，水平校準過程讓固定座與病人體外的參考點位置呈現水平面視覺化，精準水平定位，杜絕操作者間之視覺誤差，獲取正確測量數值，非常值得臨床運用與推廣。

奇美醫學中心護理部3B(心臟血管外科)加護病房護理長郭惠婷說明：「全方位導管零點偵測儀」是用來固定侵入性導管同時零點校準的裝置，產品的特點包含『伸縮式固定架』可適用不同規格的導管，『雷射光水平儀』精準對應體外零點位置，而電動偵測『滑動式軌道』則能便利上下調整固定座台，避免護理師手部的潛在工作傷害。
郭惠婷表示，當加護病房的病人面臨生命垂危時，身上往往插滿各式各樣的侵入性導管以維持住生命，而血液動力學的監測數據是提供醫療決策上相當重要的一把鑰匙。
