失聯移工駕贓車遇路檢 南警追匪1公里遭逮送辦

29歲越南籍陳姓男移工，在昨日晚間10點30分涉嫌駕駛贓車行經中華西路遇警路檢，突然棄車逃逸，員警狂追一公里，持槍喝斥陳嫌趴在地上並逮捕。陳於去年底因失聯遭雇主通報協尋，警詢後依竊盜罪嫌法辦，並解送移民署台南市專勤隊收容。
南警二分局長樂派出所所長施明昌及海安派出所副所長高德陵等員警，13日夜間帶班執行威力掃蕩路檢時，發現1輛自小客車看見前方路檢點竟閃躲入旁邊大廈之人行道，駕駛也立即熄燈並下車徒步跑離。

經員警上前查察時，發現所丟停之汽車輛竟為通報遭竊之車輛，立即封鎖周邊現場，並以2人為1組之警力於四周搜索。途中海安派出所副所長高德陵及警員黃順發發現1名於300公尺外見警狂奔，兩人不約而同上前展開追緝。
警匪一前一後於路上追逐，平日勤餘就喜好慢跑10公里運動的高德陵，前後追逐一公里終於在府前路二段公園旁草地上追上陳嫌，警方並持槍喝斥趴在地上為警順利逮捕。經帶回調查發現陳姓外籍移工於110年底因失聯遭雇主通報協尋在逃，期間並行竊友人之汽車代步，今日準備前往高雄找朋友途中遇到警察路檢始落網。
警匪前後追逐一公里終於追上陳嫌，警方並持槍喝斥趴在地上為警順利逮捕。
警方表示，將持續貫徹落實全國「威力掃蕩專案」工作，運用各項勤務作為來嚴打各項犯罪。本案員警路檢積極認真，線上查獲竊車之失聯移工，避免其繼續藏匿或犯罪。
