寒流來襲 安南醫院中醫「三九貼」改善過敏體質 祛寒補氣、增強免疫力

安南醫院中醫部因應寒流來襲推出「三九貼」。
一年當中氣溫最寒冷的「三九天」將至，若平時備受過敏性鼻炎、皮膚過敏所擾，抑或確診後產生過敏後遺症，碰上三九天可能加劇不適感！安南醫院中醫部因應時節推出「三九貼」，於2022年12月22日至2023年1月21日上午提供服務，以中醫特有的敷貼療法，助民眾提升免疫力，同時減少使用過敏噴劑、過敏藥的機率。
三九天即冬至後連續三個九天，一般介於冬至到大寒期間，由於這三天人體皮膚毛孔收縮易乾燥、血液循環不良，傳統中醫認為這時在皮膚上敷貼辛熱藥物，如白芥子、附子、乾薑、細辛等，功效會較平時來得好。

延胡索。
細辛。
在特定穴位敷貼中藥，藉由穴位特性及經絡走向，補充並激發人體陽氣，進而達到治療寒症之療法，便稱為三九貼。有鑑於今（2022）年冬至為12月22日，因此三九天分別為12月31日、明年1月9日，以及1月18日。配合三九天日期，安南醫院中醫部三九貼執行期間落在今年12月22日至明年1月21日上午。
三九天於臨床上常用藥物有元胡、細辛、白芥子等，加上生薑汁調製成膏狀，在背部穴位如大椎、定喘、風門、肺俞、脾俞、腎俞等處進行敷貼，可緩解過敏性鼻炎、氣喘、慢性支氣管炎、寒性風濕性關節痛、慢性腹瀉、遺精、遺尿等症狀發作頻率，甚至也適合容易上呼吸道感染的小孩，惟孕婦、兩歲以下小孩、嚴重心肺功能不足者、皮膚短時間敷貼即會大量起泡者、發燒和咽喉發炎者，不適合三九貼療法。
由於穴位敷貼治療方法簡便，且無毒、無副作用，故治療期間並不妨礙服用其他藥物。不過，敷貼後應注意兩點事項，一是敷貼當日禁食生冷、油膩及辛辣等刺激性食物，以免影響治療效果；二是皮膚若產生紅腫、搔癢感，應立刻撕下藥餅，並塗擦適當消炎藥膏。
安南醫院中醫部特別提醒，三九貼屬於中醫外治法，利用熱性藥物敷貼在特定穴位上，經皮膚吸收後改善體質。因此，體質合適與否十分重要，也決定後續治療成效，民眾應充分諮詢專業醫師，切勿自行調配藥物敷貼。
