南市觀旅局持續建設關子嶺，打造觀光新亮點。
位於台南市白河區的關子嶺風景區，是溪北地區的觀光重點核心地區，擁有全臺最早開發、從日治時期就享負盛名的全台唯一天然泥漿溫泉。關子嶺風景區內的「水火同源」也是名列為全台七大奇景之一。還有大仙寺、碧雲寺、福安宮等知名古剎，寶泉公園、嶺頂公園及大成殿、紅葉公園、關子嶺天梯、好漢坡等，都是關子嶺風景區熱門景點。現在天氣乍暖還寒，適合來關子嶺泡湯祛寒、還可以到鄰近登山步道踏青賞櫻、吃甕窯雞，來趟健康養生美食之旅。

觀光旅遊局代理局長林國華表示，長年以來與西拉雅國家風景區管理處合作共同發展關子嶺風景區的觀光業務，市府各局處也都依循風管處對關子嶺風景區整體規劃：一心（溫泉核心區）、二環（生態景觀綠廊、親水步道）、三亮點（紅葉公園、碧雲寺、水火同源）的規劃成果方向進行。包含觀旅局爭取觀光前瞻計畫6800萬元，完成溫泉老街、碧雲公園及水火同源的環境改造工程；自108年黃市長上任以來，利用市府預算逾4千萬元，完成水火同源及寶泉公園擋土牆的修復、天梯整修及沿線木棧道的鋪面更新以及碧雲寺前木棧平台及公園整體環境提升等各項環境維護及整建工程。今年初再獲核定觀光前瞻計畫7千萬元，將持續進行改善溫泉區內柚子頭溪岸親水空間、視覺景觀以及道路景觀改善等工程，提供遊客舒適、美觀且友善的旅遊環境。

另外，水利局辦理109年度豪雨白河區關子嶺水火同源擋土牆及寶泉露頭步道災後復建工程，計1684萬元，完成擋土牆及步道等基礎設施修復，更打造溫泉體驗手湯設施，成為遊客體驗泥漿溫泉的新景點。工務局則成功爭取營建署經費辦理關子嶺道路人行空間改善，優化道路人行空間，提供遊客更安全舒適的行走環境。

觀光旅遊局表示，關子嶺風景區是臺南溪北地區的觀光重點地區，近年來市府各局處都積極爭取預算投入建設，就是要推展關子嶺風景區成為遊客來臺南必遊的景區，也與西拉雅國家風景區密切合作，共同打造關子嶺觀光圈，帶領關子嶺在地各業者共同發展觀光，串聯知名景點、將在地知名物產像是甕窯雞、香菇、東山咖啡、椪柑、龍眼乾、蜂蜜等產品與觀光行程搭配，將臺南在地最優質的農特產品推薦給遊客，帶動地區整體經濟發展。
