繼芳珍蔬食新竹光華店、南投南陽店3月15日開店之後，芳珍蔬食將進駐美食之都台南，台南金華店3月17日盛大開幕，3/17-3/19前往台南金華店消費，滿佰就送酸辣湯。中南部喜愛素食的朋友，不必北上，就近就能吃到芳珍蔬食。

2021年12月29日，台北市設立第一家創始店-芳珍蔬食中山復民店，裝潢質感高雅，採光充足明亮，價格高貴不貴，自助式取餐，不收服務費，也無需預約，就能直接到店點餐享用，全台芳珍蔬食已有27個服務據點。

芳珍蔬食餐點色香味俱全多樣化，有純素四神湯，以及「豆腐、豆薯、高麗菜及黑木耳等豐富食材製成口感綿密的獅子頭」，5種口味的水餃、煎餃，內餡以高麗菜、雪裡紅等蔬菜為主，為了保持住蔬菜的水分，獨家製程加入植物蛋白增加多汁感。煎餃外皮酥脆，不但有香辣感十足的韓式辣味口味，還有香氣十足的松露混合杏鮑菇入餡的松露煎餃，兼具精緻與飽足感，這些都只有在芳珍蔬食吃得到。
