中醫辨症輔癌症治療 伴您走過抗癌路

李俞生醫師表示，癌症的治療是一條艱辛且漫長之路程，可藉由中醫輔助治療的方式，減緩癌症治療過程中產生副作用的不適症狀。

惡性腫瘤（癌症）已蟬聯多年國人十大死因之首，根據111年衛生福利部國民健康署公布的癌症登記報告，109年統計全年總癌症人數為121,979人，相較108年121,254人，罹癌人數仍持續上升中。罹癌患者在面對救命治療的手術、放療、化療以及免疫療法過程中，常伴隨極大的不適症狀。針對癌症治療所引起的不適症狀，除了西醫治療外，也可透過中醫的輔助治療，來減緩這些副作用，給予癌症患者更完善的照護。

案例一︰52歲的張小姐，在去年診斷為子宮內膜惡性腫瘤，經過西醫手術後，出現胃腸不適及腹部下墜感而影響生活兩個月餘，因此前來中醫門診求助，自述術後出現胃口不佳，腹部脹氣，體重下降15公斤，手術部位緊繃抽痛不適感整日，且有疲倦伴隨說話無力及喘促，腹部疼痛影響睡眠。經診斷後開立服用調理脾胃氣虛中藥以及針灸腹部穴道，來改善術後疼痛以及調理胃腸蠕動，一周後回診，患者不僅腹部疼痛感減輕，食量增加，同時說話無力喘促的症狀也得到改善。

案例二︰84歲的林先生，診斷為右側支氣管或肺惡性腫瘤第4期，因化療後出現右腹部疼痛，整日無飢餓感，需服用止痛藥物才可入睡，又因腹痛關係僅能進食流質食物。後經服用助眠中藥、針灸腹部及磁珠敷貼耳穴、藥布敷貼等傷科療法後，患者腹痛減輕，進而睡眠品質也獲得改善。

柳營奇美醫院中醫部李俞生醫師表示，患者在癌症治療過程中，常常出現術後傷口疼痛、腸胃不適、眩暈，口乾、口腔潰瘍、便秘、腹瀉、張口困難等症狀，甚至是末期患者所出現的惡病質，如體重減輕、食慾不振、精神萎靡以及癌性疼痛。透過中醫的中藥、針灸或貼布、拔罐、按摩…等傷科手法輔助治療，在不同癌症階段中，能提供不一樣的幫助，來緩解因治療引起的副作用。

首先，可使用針灸及藥布敷貼腹部穴道，有止痛功效又能調整胃腸道的消化蠕動及便秘；而三黃中藥藥布敷貼於接受放療病人的指甲周圍，能夠改善在治療時引發的指溝炎，也能減輕放、電療後的局部灼熱不適感及皮膚搔癢；其次用針灸和拔罐在頭頸部癌症治療的病人，可以改善患者的張口困難以及肌肉緊繃；或使用磁珠敷貼耳穴來改善治療中的失眠症狀。另外，透過穴位按摩的方式也能改善一些不適症狀，例如︰手腕下兩吋的「內關穴」可以改善胃脹氣及睡眠不佳的症狀；膝眼下三吋的「足三里穴」及肚臍左右兩吋的「天樞穴」能促進腸胃蠕動；位於下頷角的「頰車穴」可以改善病人張口困難的問題等。
