足協理事長不斷推動基層足球的發展？本年度青年聯賽仍無下文

本年度青年足球聯賽仍無消息（圖＿中華足協臉書）。
日前，足協公布預計在6月及9月於高雄國家體育場辦理兩場國際邀請賽，首戰6月16日邀請到泰國男子國家代表隊來台交流。然而，足協新聞稿內卻出現「中華足協王麟祥理事長自上任以來不斷推動基層足球的發展 」的句子，引發球迷討論。今年三月，足協才宣布因財務問題而停辦今年度的青年足球聯賽，顯然於王理事長上任時提出的願景－「希望持續將足球運動文化向下扎根」有所衝突 。

三月底，足協宣布停辦青年聯賽後，劉世芳、張廖萬堅、陳培瑜等立委聯合足球爸媽應援團代表召開記者會，要求體育署協助足協舉辦今年的青年聯賽，並督促體育署應協助足協重整財政，讓青年聯賽得以長久舉辦。體育署副署長洪志昌現場承諾絕對會復辦聯賽。台企甲、企乙和木蘭聯賽等球隊代表與王麟祥理事長會面談論青年聯賽事宜時，理事長也承諾會復辦聯賽。如今兩個月過去，青年聯賽仍無後續消息。
當時，球評石明謹在臉書上發文反思：「今天走到這個地步，歸根究底是足協的結構沒有改變，有投票權的還是那些人，原本理事長應該要想辦法籌錢擴大規模，結果不但不籌款無作為，大家還要集體幫他找體育署要補助，幫他找民意代表背書，甚至還要幫他做眾籌。好像大家都是理事長。逼走幫大家找錢的理事長，幫不找錢的理事長找錢，這世界還有比這更荒謬的嗎？」
上周六，足協舉辦第13屆第2次會員大會，許多關心足球運動的民眾紛紛留言詢問青年聯賽到底什麼時候會辦理，足協依然避而不答。
