台南是個美食之都，當然也少不了虱目魚煮成的粥品，其中台南最有名的老店「阿星鹹粥」，可是被政府評比為米其林美食，1965年創立到至今，每次經過都是大排長樓，可是台南人早午餐的首選呢！

阿星鹹粥—肉燥飯+油條
阿星鹹粥的虱目魚非常新鮮，吃起來完全沒有魚腥味，這邊還有台南特別的吃法，肉燥飯加油條，油條也可以放進粥裡面，吸飽湯入口即化，美味到不行，虱目魚粥裡頭有蚵仔、芹菜還有香菜和蒜酥進入調味。
