台南是個美食之都，到處都是小吃，今天要來介紹一個台南保安路很厲害的老店「阿明豬心冬粉」，這可是道地台南人從小到大的一間台南小吃店，每次經過都超級多人，每次小編經過都在想到底在排什麼，結果真的超級好吃的啦！

店內的老闆相當的親切！價錢也相當的親民，食尚玩家也來這邊拜訪過，可是出了名的小吃啊！還有最有名的蒜頭豬腳，已經幫客人去骨了，吃下去入口即化，會讓人越吃越上癮！

其中一道料理是豬心冬粉，冬粉夾起來晶瑩剔透，吸收湯汁的香氣，進入口中甘甜又好吃，非常的入味！而且湯頭也不混濁，會想讓人一直喝！難怪每次經過都是大排長樓。
