首輪比賽，何家瑄面對塔吉克曾單場攻入10球（圖＿中華足協）。
台灣U20女足代表隊昨(4)日上午出發前往緬甸征戰2024U20亞洲盃資格賽第二輪，對手是同組的中國、地主 緬甸以及尼泊爾，爭取前進烏茲別克會內賽門票。
U20台灣女足總教練謝志君表示，小組內中國是實力最強勁的對手，先尋求對戰緬甸與尼泊爾能獲勝，爭取小組前二晉級機會。希望小將們能頂住壓力，除了要有信心外也要把握機會學習如何對抗外國選手，汲取國際賽經驗。
第一輪曾經締造單場10顆進球的前鋒何家瑄，目前於木蘭聯賽桃園戰神擔任攻擊箭頭，表現愈趨成熟。四月底在面對花蓮女足的比賽中梅開二度，幫助球隊獲得聯賽首勝。第一輪資格賽後，他也加強學習擔任支點的角色，希望這次能幫助到球隊晉級下一階段。
U20台灣女足首場賽事將在台灣時間6月6日對戰中國、6月8日對戰緬甸、6月10日對戰尼泊爾，比賽場地在緬甸仰光 的THUWUNNA STADIUM ，小組前二就能前進烏茲別克舉行的會內賽。
