台南市長黃偉哲為感謝112年特優里長及資深里鄰長辛勤付出，今（7）日特請37區公所代表市長先至各獲獎里長及鄰長家中張貼紅榜以茲祝賀，並訂於112年8月下旬公開表揚里長及鄰長為民服務的努力。
新營區民榮里沈正文榮獲臺南市112年資深鄰長（服務滿40年）
北門區慈安里陳錦文榮獲臺南市112年資深里長（服務滿20年）
市長黃偉哲特別感謝各位里長及鄰長，全年無休、不舍晝夜，無私奉獻為市民守護鄰里的第一線，在市府施政上扮演著承上啟下的關鍵角色，勉勵他們為基層創造更多的美好，為地方發展共創雙贏。

歸仁區辜厝里陳朝騫榮獲臺南市112年資深里長（服務滿20年）
民政局長姜淋煌表示，里長、鄰長長期在為民服務的崗位上耕耘付出，由下而上扛起守護市民的重擔，每一個名字背後都是從一而終的熱忱與愛心，也是讓地方得以穩定的重要基石，十分值得肯定。
