慶祝即將到來的警察節 黃偉哲市長感謝警察終年的辛勞付出

為慶祝112年警察節，台南市政府警察局於今（12）日下午2時30分在警察局4樓禮堂舉行慶祝大會，市長黃偉哲親自出席頒發模範警察、警察獎章、績優員工等3種獎項，並頒贈警友會理事長當選證書，受獎人員包含模範警察新化分局偵查隊隊長林文祺等109人。除本案得獎人外，市長並代表臺南市全體185萬市民向台南市全體警察人員、民力、警友以及在背後默默付出的警察寶眷們，表達最誠摯的敬意與肯定！
為充實基層及刑事警力，黃市長全力支持警察局在112年度請增185名預算員額，讓警力更充足，兼顧警察同仁健康權及市民生活安全。另為確保警察在執勤時無後顧之憂，台南市政府去年特別動用第二預備金4400萬元，添購臂盾、防割手套、辣椒水、拋射式電擊器與訓練用彈、密錄器及行車紀錄器等應勤裝備，以精進警用裝備確保執勤安全。
在治安方面，臺南市在反詐宣導工作超前部署，領先全國首創建立反詐宣導工作大平台，今年「打詐臺南隊2.0」持續擴大參與，發展跨局處反詐策略夥伴關係，讓民眾透過多元管道，深植反詐意識成為市民生活化的自然反應。警察局結合台南市特有文創軟實力特色，將防詐宣導工作在地化及趣味化，台南市今年第一季攔阻詐騙件數也持續為六都第一，攔阻金額更高達2億餘元，為六都臨櫃攔阻成功率最高。
在提升勤務效能方面，自109年下旬建置「臺南電子巡簽系統」，介接內政部警政署110派遣系統、刑事、交通資料庫，以熱力圖呈現治安、交安的熱時熱區，並可透過系統程式演算，規劃巡簽路線，達到適人、適地、適時之目標，同時響應節能減碳政策，實踐永續低碳的目標。
交通方面，為保障行人安全空間，台南市政府持續增設行人庇護島、退縮行人穿越線、增設行人專用時相、繪設視障引導標線及標線型人行道。警察局於各重點路口設置科技執法，並定期統計分析各類交通事故數據，責成各轄區分局因時、因地、因人、因違規行為等肇事因子，滾動式檢討規劃相關交通事故防制執法作為，以有效守護市民生命、身體、財產安全。
今年度同時頒發70位績優民力獎項，市長會中感謝民力與警察同仁齊心努力，協助維護台南市治安及交通秩序，實踐「市政做得更好，市民過得更好」的施政目標，市長並提出「強力掃黑緝毒肅槍，打擊暴力犯罪、全力攔阻並破獲詐騙集團犯罪」、「交通精準科技執法，確保用路人安全」及「嚴格內部管理，維持廉潔警察風氣」等三點勉勵與期許。
臺南市議會為慰勉全體警察同仁的辛勞，議長邱莉莉特別蒞臨頒發慰問金，感謝警察人員終年的辛勞。議長並請所有警察同仁持續做好治安、交通及為民服務工作，用優異的施政成果回應市民需求及期許，全力捍衛臺南幸福宜居城市的美名，純樸的臺南人，是臺南最美麗風景，期許警察同仁繼續維護純樸臺南人的安全，讓臺南的未來更美好。
